The Scandinavian Institute for Human Rights will organise a workshop concerning the Sochi Congress on 28-01-2018, to discuss the following topics: the negotiations, Geneva process and the possibilities of unlocking a path for a political solution in Syria, with the participation of the heads of Russian Minister of Defense and Foreign Affairs, and the UN.
